An Evening of Middle Eastern Magic
Join us on Friday 2nd December at 7pm at Bean Vintage, Boroughbridge, for an evening of exquisite Arabian specialities as we welcome Hanan from Terra Rossa to share her culinary skills and passion for the cuisine of the Middle East.
With many award-winning olive oils, dips and spices, Terra Rossa products are firm favourites of FINK as we love the authenticity, provenance and especially the taste. We look forward to tasting them together!

Dunk & dip session with bowls of Zaatar, Dukka, Sumac and olive oil on each table, served with Arabic or pitta bread.

We’ll be sampling some of Terra Rossa’s award-winning olive oil from the Fertile Green Crescent, the Levant, which covers Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. It is home to some of the oldest olive trees dating back to Biblical times, which are are planted in the “Terra Rossa” (Red Soil) region, the Latin name given to that part of the Middle East. Other exciting products include Sumac, Dukka and Zaatar.
