One of our favourite loose chocolate suppliers is La Perla, from Turin, Italy. The little cubes of handmade chocolate truffles come in a wide variety of delicious and unusual flavours, including Earl Grey, Cardamom and the very popular Salted Pistachio, alongside the more traditional Coffee, Coconut and Ginger, to name but a few. The flavours, like a good wine, linger on the palate and prolong the enjoyment of the tasty treats.
