Doves Farm Gluten Free Gram Flour


Milled from chick peas, gram flour is used in Indian baking and is a critical ingredient of breads such as naans and chapatis, and also pappadoms. Chick peas also have “magical” binding propeties and for this reason gram flour is often used as a substitute for egg in vegan recipes.

Doves Farm gram flour is milled in gluten free conditions and is certified by the Coeliac Society.
