Excellent quality Christmas puddings made locally by Lea Darling of Burtree Puddings. Three varieties available
Traditional – A lighter pudding with more texture. Made with brandy and brown ale with flaked almonds and cherries.
Deluxe – A dark Christmas pudding made with rum, barley wine and stout.
Gluten Free – A fruity tasting pudding made with brandy and cider. Whole oranges are pulped to make a moist fruity pudding. Voted ‘Best Gluten-Free Christmas’ pudding by The Guardian.
All are excellent, and good as home made.
